Francis Schaeffer Cox was a congressional candidate running in Alaska. He won 38% of the vote in the 2008 State House election in Alaska. According to Schaeffer, he just wanted the government to abide by the Constitution.
"God gave every man the right to life, liberty and property and a corresponding obligation to defend those rights. Its nobody job but our own to make sure that the government doesn't become detrimental to the purpose which we created it." Schaeffer Cox
From our research, he had learned of government corruption and was working to expose it. He had decided to get involved at the local and state level. He had talked about the natural rights that we possess and have the duty to preserve. He was a supporter of the right to defend yourself and had apparently gained a following. At some point, he gained the interest of the F.B.I.
While we are still learning more details, we know that a case brought against him had been thrown out at the state level. There appears to have been an attempt to entrap him, perhaps by the F.B.I. He was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and sentenced in 2012 to 26 years in federal prison. After re-sentencing, his new release date is 09/06/2024.
He is currently in USP Prison in Marion, IL serving out his sentence. There is a lot we can do today to set him free, least of all sharing this story of injustice with legislators, common people and everyone possible.
Schaeffer Cox is a political prisoner who is being held in a secret, black site prison, called a CMU. He has NEVER committed a crime in his life.
Schaeffer is being held in prison for the charge of conspiracy (which means no crime was committed), even though there is NO identifiable target; the 9th circuit court admits to this and dropped the charge of solicitation in August 2017. The case is currently in the appeal process to get conspiracy dropped, as the same evidence was used in both solicitation and conspiracy.
Schaeffer’s case was a state case (Alaska), not a federal one. The state of Alaska heard the evidence via undercover recordings and threw the whole case out. There was NO evidence of any crime.
All evidence repeatedly shows Schaeffer Cox denied all provocations to violence; violence suggested only by the FBI informants in undercover recordings; the same tapes that were not allowed to be played in the federal trial.
